Departments of Quality Assurance

Quality assurance covers all aspects from design, development, production, installation, servicing and documentation. The two key principal characters of QA are “Fit for purpose” (the product should be suitable for the intended purpose) and “right first time”. Quality assurance includes regulation of the quality of raw materials assemblies, product and components, services related to the production and management, production and inspection process.
